Process
->After receiving the payment, the artist will begin working on the piece. A detailed description of the desired piece, audiovisual references if applicable, and any additional resources needed will be requested.
->An initial sketch of the piece will be sent for any corrections the client may wish to make, with a maximum of 3 significant corrections.
->Once the sketch is approved, any further changes will incur an additional cost, depending on their complexity. (Minor changes such as colors and details will not incur extra charges).
->The progress of inking and coloring will be sent as the artist deems appropriate.
-> The process will take around 2-3 weeks to end. (This time is an estimate and is subject to change depending on the complexity of the piece.)
->The final piece will be delivered via email.
Requirements
-> Include any visual references and a detailed description of the desired piece.
-> If creative freedom is given to the artist, the artist will present 3 piece ideas for the client to choose from, which will be to the buyer’s liking.
-> Payment must be made in full and upfront.
       • Payment Methods:
              • Paypal.
Refunds
-> If the commission is canceled during the sketch phase, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
-> If the commission is canceled after the sketch phase, no refund will be provided.
-> In case of force majeure where the artist cannot continue with the commission, a 100% refund will be issued.
Copyright
-> By making this purchase, the client acknowledges they are acquiring a digital copy of the commissioned work.
-> The finished work can be uploaded to any social media, as long as credit is given to the original artist. The artist will upload the commission to their own social media for exposure purposes. If the client has any objections to this, they must communicate their concerns to the artist.
-> If the illustration is used for commercial purposes, an additional charge will apply.
Exclusions
-> The artist reserves the right to refuse any work, regardless of its nature.
-> The artist will reject work requests involving:
         •Minors in compromising situations.
         •Bestiality.
         •Scat.
         •Rape.
         •Gore.
-> For any content not mentioned above, please ask the artist.

Términos de Servicio

Proceso
→ Después de recibir el pago, el artista comenzará a trabajar en la pieza. Se solicitará una descripción detallada de la pieza deseada, referencias audiovisuales si corresponde y cualquier recurso adicional necesario..
→ Se enviará un boceto inicial de la pieza para realizar cualquier corrección que el cliente desee, con un máximo de 3 correcciones significativas.
→ Una vez aprobado el boceto, cualquier cambio adicional implicará un costo extra, dependiendo de su complejidad. (Cambios menores como colores y detalles no generarán cargos adicionales).
→ El progreso del entintado y coloreado se enviará según el artista lo considere apropiado.
→ El proceso tomará aproximadamente de 2 a 3 semanas en finalizar. (Este tiempo es una estimación y puede cambiar dependiendo de la complejidad de la pieza).
→ La pieza final será entregada por correo electrónico.
Requisitos
→ Incluye cualquier referencia visual y una descripción detallada de la pieza deseada.
→ Si se le da libertad creativa al artista, este presentará 3 ideas de piezas para que el cliente elija, las cuales se ajustarán al gusto del comprador.
→ El pago debe realizarse en su totalidad y por adelantado.
       • Métodos de pago:
              • Paypal.
              • Transferencia Bancaria.
Reembolsos
→ Si la comisión se cancela durante la fase de boceto, se reembolsará el 50% del pago.
→ Si la comisión se cancela después de la fase de boceto, no se realizará ningún reembolso.
→ En caso de fuerza mayor en el que el artista no pueda continuar con la comisión, se emitirá un reembolso del 100%.
Derechos de autor
→ Al realizar esta compra, el cliente reconoce que está adquiriendo una copia digital del trabajo comisionado.
→ La obra final puede subirse a cualquier red social, siempre que se dé crédito al artista original. El artista publicará la comisión en sus propias redes sociales con fines de difusión. Si el cliente tiene alguna objeción a esto, deberá comunicarlo al artista.
→ Si la ilustración se utiliza con fines comerciales, se aplicará un cargo adicional.
Excepciones
→ El artista se reserva el derecho de rechazar cualquier trabajo, independientemente de su naturaleza.
→ El artista rechazará solicitudes de trabajo que involucren:
         •Menores en situaciones comprometedoras.
         •Bestialismo.
         •Scat.
         •Violaciones.
         •Gore.
→ Para cualquier contenido no mencionado anteriormente, por favor consulta al artista.
